ocp在加拿大？

我的一个朋友是巴基斯坦人，他们的月份取得了ocp，同时又获得了unix7的证书，到现在还没有找到工作。他在一家工厂干活打工，每小时8个加元，而且是晚上8点到第二天早上8点.
他以前的专业是会计，他告诉我说他想再学一点oracle financial的东西，然后再试一下。祝他好运

Looking for a job in Canada and U.S. is totally different. In Canada, the employer hope you have DBA, developing, coding .. experiences when they just look for a DBA. Sometimes, you would think they are looking for a senior manager.

In the east of U.S. the finance industry, employers hope you know the Oracle and DB2. Moreover, they hope you have experience in PeopleSoft.  Big banks could not just use one kind of database.
In manufacture industry, they hope you have some ERP experience. No matter how, database is just a tool. Right now, it is difficult to find a job just focus on DBA area. Any certifications are just assets but very useful..
