首先查看资产账簿跟OU有无关联，通过查询FA_BOOK_CONTROLS中字段org_id是否为空，如果为空则未与org关联，另外就是看下有无其他的资产账簿未与org关联
其次运行安全性清单那个请求，设置配置文件即可
如果上述还不行，那就要看下RP问题了，呵呵

Symptoms
Since the upgrade of Human Resources to Family Pack K, Oracle Fixed Assets' Security by Books no longer functions.

Changes
Upgrade of Human Resources to Family Pack K.
Cause
Setup incomplete.

JG: Application is used to determine which Oracle Applications product the responsibility is associated with. The list of values for this profile consists of a complete list of Oracle Applications products.

This is required if using Globalizations which are more and more part of the regular product.
As you increased patch levels this has been patched a long.

Solution
Have JG: Application set to 'Assets' on responsibility level.
