The invoice or payment has 2 rows in XLA_TRANSACTION_ENTITIES and PAYMENT CLEARED event has different entity_id in xla_events than the PAYMENT CREATED and PAYMENT UNCLEARED events.

All events related to the same invoice or payment should have the same entity_id. If that is not the case the events will not account. Since the accounting program is unable to find the prior event, invoice validated or payment clearing event (pointing to a different entity id), it fails on payment unclearing event.

这个问题，上周刚遇到，今天解决了，把解决方法告诉大家一下。因为我的工作是负责技术支持，我从技术层面解答这个问题：
出现这个问题，一定是XLA_EVENTS 这个表里出现错误数据。可通过EVENT_DATE,PROCESS_STATUS_CODE='I' 这两个条件来查询错无法创建会计科目的错误数据。通过XLA.XLA_TRANSACTION_ENTITIES 这个表可以定位到时哪个模块的哪一条数据出错了。错误原因可以在XLA_ACCOUNTING_ERRORS 这个表来查询。
好了，现在错误数据找到了，错误原因也有了，处理办法就各有个的千秋了。
