安装R11i的在线（中文）帮助补丁后，怎么重建索引？

1. c2400604.drv (file copy driver)
    2. Commercial customers, apply d2400604.drv (database driver)
       Government customers, apply d2400604_GV.drv (database driver)
    3. The Oracle interMedia search functionality of the online help system
       must be re-built after the help files are loaded into the database.
       To re-build the indexes, log on to the Applications with the
       System Administrator responsibility, and run the concurrent program
       "Rebuild Help Search Index".

谁能帮我具体解释一下第三步？
我根本找不到Rebuild Help Search Index 在什么地方？

我用sysadmin用户登陆，找到那个变量后，根本不让修改，怎么办？

到应用开发员里面去把该profile 在地点层"可更新"的属性打上钩就可以了

名称是 ICX_CLIENT_IANA_ENCODING

还有同样的问题
我看了一下，发现metal的中文文档根本不全，英文的有60M，中文的却只10M。气人。
麻烦老兄，怎样把中文在线帮助补丁卸载掉？
