As for Raid5 and  two failure disks,  no data loss happened?  is that possible ?

Even though the storage vendor said that there was no data loss, probably it is not true.

In this case, the best solution is to restore&recover ur db from backup.

RAID5只能保证坏一块硬盘时能修复

in your case, if two hard disks corrupted at same time, it would be amazing.

then, the problem could be that there is NO spare hard disk configured in the storage array device.
