to access employee related information:

A. Create aa new menu
-assign the submenu: 'supplier information management (Buyer View)'
(pls specify prompt for this sub menu)
-assign the function: 'create/update employee supplier details'

B. Create a new responsibility using this menu

C. Use this new responsibility to access the supplier HTML
(the employee related information will now be available)
