yes, on another node (rac1), the database instance (test) run normally, can use sqlplus login and database can restart, but in another node (rac2) can not start database .
Try sqlplus / as sysdba on node 2. And tell us what alert.log says on this node.
Also make sure you post correct info. How can start "crs_start ora.test.test2.inst" throw errors such as "rac1 : CRS-1018: Resource ora.rac2.vip (application) is already running on rac2"?
