如果修改成本中心的生效日？

沙兄，成本中心中有数据在SAP中删除不了啊，你的意思的建立一个和原来一样的，然后把以前的那个删除使这个意思吗？

兄台 你怎么做到的 怎么会建立一个一样的成本中心呢，再就是怎么可以删除已经有数据存在的成本中心呢，可以把你做的拿上来看下吗？我和我的德国同事也在等待德国本部的SAP team的技术支持，等完成了，把方法传上来！

已有发生数据业务的成本中心不可能删除的，就像我前面说的，系统的自我保护会起作用的。
这里我说一下向前扩展：
点击“创建”，编号还是原来的编号（时间要选好），可以扩展原有成本中心的有效期，如果创建后的成本中心和以前的成本中心（两者共用一个编号，这点毋庸置疑）在时间上是无缝连接的，比如原先的时间是“2009.1.1-9999.1.1”，新建的是“2008.1.1-2008.12.31”，2个成本中心会合二为一的。如果不是一个时间段，比如原先的是“2009.1.1-9999.1.1”，新“创建”的是“2008.1.1-2008.11.1”的时间段，这2个一样编号的成本中心会共存的。你可以试试。

至于向后扩展，我再进一步测试。

以上观点纯属个人看法，修改时间后的成本中心能否正常使用，还须进一步测试。

也许R3里很多主数据都是通过这种方式修改的，我觉得很有代表性。总之，风之沙无意中带给我们一些能够“以点带面”的东西。

有过帐的是删不掉，但是没过帐的呢？ 比如 20110101~99991231

Hello,

I have talked to my manager about how to put in order all the cost centers that are not used anymore.

@ Alan: You told me that we cannot delete the cost centers which still have balance on it as the auditors demand this information in SAP. According to my manager this is not correct. She told me we should delete all cost centers that are not in use anymore and that do not have a balance in the current fiscal year. For example, cost center XXXXXX with a balance of 1000 RMB in 2007 can be deleted. Please double check with Ms Peng that we can delete these cost centers.

Please check the cost centers in the attached file. If there is no balance on the cost center in 2010, please use KS04 and delete the cost center with deletion date 2009/12/31. In some cases this might not be possible, then change the deletion date to 2010/12/31.
