这时候,Oracle过程里面打开的这个游标关闭了吗？

If the ODBC driver or OLE DB provider is of any good, the server-side cursor should be closed.  However, I suggest that you monitor the Oracle V$open_cursor dynamic view to make sure.  BTW, you still have not told me the version of ODBC driver you used.
