请问能Windows下连接虚拟机上的oracle数据库吗？

我虚拟机和主机之间都可以ping通
但是tnsping和telnet都不成功

tnsping不是这么用的，应该：
tnsping  orcl 或 tnsping orcl2

你在看一下你的listener是在运行吗？看一下状态
lsnrctl status
