invoice-3holds  一些系统的cause可以直接release 但是一些金额不等的情况 需要自己手动修改并保存

一.release時﹐出現下面信息:
app-10009:you cannot manually release this type of hold
correct the condition that caused the hold and resubmit approval
二.invoice hold信息﹕
hold nameist Variance;
hold reason:Total of invoice distributions does not equal invoice amount;

hold name:Tax Variance;
hold reason:Invoice tax amount is not equal to the calculated tax amount

把hold的原因填出来呀 这样的错误是不能直接手动release 需要去修改发票的再保存就可以的

dist variance 就是distribution variance 你要改invoice amout使它跟distribution amount相等

对于tax variance 你可以到payable option中将tax tolerance的比例改大点 使得tax variance在tolerance的范围内

差異是tax amount有金額﹐供應商設定為5%-進項稅額
邏輯關系﹕tax amount +invoice amount=distribution total
其中還有一項approved amount﹐
剛修改invoice amount=distribution total﹐還是沒有release成功﹐tax hold成release成功﹐還有Dist Variance不能release;

invoice amount=all distribution amount
invoice amount=line item amount+tax amount
你的tax amount +invoice amount=distribution total是错的

invoice amount= all line iten amount+ all line iten amount*5%

注意那个tax amount小数点后面保留的数字也要加进去 invoice amount要精确的跟all distribution amount相等
