进项税是否应该计入成本(PAC)?

从楼主找到的white paper以及Payables User Guide的一段话，可以得出ORACLE本身就这样设计：
1.   Recoverable Tax Rate与PAC成本无关.
2.   如果发票匹配时，做了Allocate动作，则税会计入PAC成本；反之不计入。

Payables User Guide原文如下：
Recording Allocations for Periodic Costing
If you use one of the Periodic Costing options available in Oracle Cost Management to
record costs of goods that you order, you need to allocate other charges (Tax, Freight, and
Miscellaneous) to other invoice distributions that are matched to receipts. When a
distribution is matched to a receipt, the distribution and any tax, freight, or miscellaneous
distributions that are allocated to it are included in the cost of the receipt.

对于PAC成本,材料采购成本:若收到发票,则用发票价;若未收到发票,则用采购价.
PAC成本计算方法对于原材料部分,是比较好的方法,但对于成品半成品,计算出来的成本,会让你头疼.
