DB2 pureScale (db2 v9.8) being annonced

For pure scale, the most important thing is how to make it stable and let purescale db2 support backup and restore. If not, nobody can acceept it in production envirment.

Does no backup/restore mean that we cannot take any recovery for pureScale?  It's stupid if yes.  Or this is a trial version.  I guess if there is really no backup and resotre utilities from db2 there maybe some other methods such as flash copy could be used for recovery.

I think the only way to do it in 9.8 is to use storage snapshot.  But this is not so suite for a OLTP system.
Therefore, I think most people need wait the DB2 10.
