这个都是服务没有启动的原因嘛。

不知道楼主的内存是多大的？
偶当初2G的内存，安装R12.1.1就出现很多问题。
调整SGA，然后重启服务，OK。

参考：
默认安装完毕后，数据库的SGA的大小是1G。而我的内存一共才1G。所以就会非常非常的累，我把SGA减小为512M。如果你的内存1.5G以上的话就完全没有必要调整了。
修改Oracle数据库的初始化文件
/d01/oracle/VIS/db/tech_st/10.2.0/dbs/initVIS.ora
修改如下内容
sga_target = 500M ###默认值 1G
pga_aggregate_target = 500M ###默认值 1G

是的，所以我前面就说了，你的5个问题其实就是1个问题，就是应用服务器安装不成功。
你要把所有安装过程中的日志，以及这些日志中链接的日志都仔细查一下。
