各位注意，看它登录页面底下的注意事项：
In order to access the environment, each new user will need to complete the Release 11.5.10 Vision User Registration form!

===> 通用的用户名登录不了，而要每个人提供email去注册。

通用的用户名是不能用了，但可以去申请属于自己的账号，这样自己在系统里的操作也不会受到影响。

NEW - 12/21/2006 - In order for Solution Beacon to be able to continue to provide Vision environments for public use, Oracle now requires us to ask for a Customer Support Identifier (CSI) number which can be obtained through Oracle Support.

哦！我没注册过，还真不知道。
