If you have access to some DSI materials, they may help. They're usually outdated though. Rama Velpuri's book "Oracle Backup and Recovery" briefly talks about these:

You have to search for some string to jump to the section. You can't read it directly without a search.

The article "oracle数据文件内部BLOCK结构详解" is useful for datafile dumps. Search it on Google.
