需要升级到crs 10.2.0.4 后才能用srvctl remove的命令
旧版本可以用：
crs_stat -l | grep lsnr
crs_unregister ora.egxxxx.LISTENER_EGxxxx.lsnr

我也遇到过类似的问题。也是恢复了OCR弄的。呵呵。

想知道现在问题解决了没有？
crs_unregister ora.xx1.LISTENER_xx1.lsnr命令没什么鸟用，虽然可以crs_stat不再看见ora.xx1.LISTENER_xx1.lsnr资源，但是用netca重新配置还是一样会有
ServiceAliasException:Could not save Service Alias:TNS-04406bject already exists
的错误提示！

碰到过这个问题，自己的实验环境，整个重做的，因为没有备份注册表，
srvctl remove, crs_unregister,-f通通没有起作用，10g2上，不知道版本高点解决这个问题了没有。
