电子商务版的初步设想

我也同意先弄清楚什么是电子商务的说法。我觉得在国内真正清楚这个概念，真正明白怎么去发展电子商务的人并不太多。从客观的角度讲，国内的这些方面发展的确晚了一些，了解的确浅了一些。如果，没有弄清电子商务的实质，电子商务的真正目的，那即使发展也将会走许多弯路。因此，我个人认为，要发展电子商务，还需要比较长一段时间的准备和探索。

大家讨论的真是热烈，有这么多的领域专家，再加上一批设计高手，和我们这样通过CMM二的企业合作，我相信一定能做出一个像样的ERP软件，关鍵之关鍵就在于整个ERP系统的体系框架设计，领域知识我相信不会有太大的问题。

the problem is not YOU/WE GUYS CAN NOT develop some system like Oracle/SAP
the point is that you don't have so much money to put in
and the market doesn't have enough user(enterprise) to support your company's
continue development and growing , the capacity

well, thing is becoming a bit better but still need to be step by step

the situation in State is very very diffirent from in China
one of them is that if YOU DO HAVE SOME GOOD VALUE , THEN IN MOST CASE
YOU CAN GET REWARD FROM THE MARKET, it is not the case in china

If we want to discuss ERP combined with e-commerce， I think it’s better to think them based on supply chain。From MRP，MRPII to ERP， ERPII ， they mainly want to solve problems inside the enterprise。Supply Chain try to solve the relationship between enterprises，see the value from outside of enterprise。Then we can see what‘s the relationship between ERP and e-commerce

大哥，你这话就有点冒进。

在中国，有很多企业还不知erp为何物，大多数企业erp都还刚刚步入正轨，
但是其应用的深度和广度都不足于实施scm,甚至是crm.
就拿我正在做的项目来说，目前我们的订单很多是非标准订单，
而且还有很多拍着脑袋想出来的价格保护，广告基金，特价等等，
而这些oracle都没办法实现，那就只能作开发，但是我还是觉得
没有从根本解决问题，要想从根本解决问题，就要从企业本身出发，
利用erp工具，进行流程的优化和规范。而不应该跟着整个潮流走，
人家oracle说利用e-business suite节省了多少成本，你就上他的crm,
dell说利用i2 scm加强了同供应商的联系，你也跟着上i2;
我觉得这都不现实，而应该充分考虑企业的现实情况。
层层推进，逐步规范整个企业的流程，加强erp应用的力度，
直到整个公司达到上scm,crm的程度时才有必要考虑是否上scm,crm.
