是全部不能保存，还是只是这一个JOB，如果是全部且是R12，R12.0.4当时一Bug，打了一个Patch才解决

This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
On Release 12.0.4 :
Find the WIP module hangs when attempting to create new discrete jobs.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the app to create discrete jobs in a timely fashion.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Work in Process > Discrete Jobs > Discrete Jobs
2. Create a new job.
3. Observe the message "Scheduling job and creating material requirements".
4. Confirm that no job is created and that the app stays in this spot.

Solution：To implement the solution, please execute the following steps::
1. Download and review the readme and pre-requisites for Patch 6661172.  Note:  this is a controlled release patch, so you will need to get the password from Oracle Support.
2. Ensure that you have taken a backup of your system before applying the recommended patch.
3. Apply the patch in a test environment.
4. Confirm the following file versions:
          wipops.odf 120.5.12000000.3
You can use the commands like the following:
          strings -a $WIP_TOP/patch/115/odf/wipops.odf |grep '$Header'
5. Retest the issue.
6. Migrate the solution as appropriate to other environments.

我刚才看了一下他的图片,开工单的时间是2009-04-18 1:30而建routing的时间为2009-04-18 1:54,是先开的工单后建routing,所以带不出时间.删掉重新下单就可以了.
