你的APP server，web server 和 DB server是在一台机器上吗？

环境是Windows 2003 + MS SQL 2000

试试重装ODBC。我也发生过类似的问题，不过我用的数据库是ORACLE。我发现是网络连接问题，重新安装客户端后，一切正常。

1. Please check the J2DK version.(8.49 should be 1.5.04) It fixed connect weblogic issue.
2. Change the userid PTDMO to PS/PS or VP1/VP1
3. Get the certification form the Peoplesoft customer connection or Metalink3.oracle.com about the PLATFORM / PSOFT version.
