ASCP中如何正确使用替代料约束计划

你們公司也在准備使用ASCP替料計劃？
我也在測試這個東東，實在是頭大的很。目前仍舊不是很明白何時產生主料計劃訂單，何時產生替料計劃訂單？
我測出的結果是當主替料的屬性，來源規則完全相同的條件下，Assembly item沒有modifier, 需求時間不同，計劃結果也是不同的，當主需求的時間在捃行計劃前
，則會使用替料供應，同時產生替料計劃訂單。如主需求時間在計劃之後不同的時間段，產生的結果也是不一樣的，有時產生主料計劃訂單，有時產生替料計劃訂單。
有沒有對Oracle提過SR？

有提过SR, 但只回复是成本，但我们的计划不是基于成本的优化，SR一直没有更新。

我也提過SR，正在跟進中。目前，Oracle認為這是個BUG，已經Pass給開發組跟進。
我還在要求那個支持人員再看一下是否是Bug?
我認為可能是我們還沒有真正理解替代料的邏輯(何時產生主料計劃訂單，何時產生替料計劃訂單)，
實現我們的目標對所有ERP系統而言都是很難的，難道Oracle可以？

Your current Engine rollup patch is RU #23 - patch 5907099 and it seem old, you should upgrade to the latest RU# 31
- patch 7142428.

One thing that I notice is your current system does not have profile option 'MSC: Net Firm Supplies Before Creating Planned Orders' which shou
ld be set to 'All'. This will make your net supply more accurate. Your current r
ollup patch is older than the time this profile option was built.

Please upgrade the system to RU# 31 - patch 7142428 and set the profile option 'MSC: Net Firm
Supplies Before Creating Planned Orders' to 'All'. Rerun data collection and re
test the issue.

I hold another substitute issue where Ct are on RU #25 - 6150744, they did not face your problem,
but there are plans for substitute component instead of primary component and t
he issue did not happen on Oracle instance which is on RUP#30.

We do not have the fix for each issue separately, and the best way to escape from all known issu
e on substitute component is to apply the latest RU# 31 - patch 7142428. Please
reconsider to apply this latest RU# 31.

有没有谁家是打过这个patch, 没有代用料问题的?!

测试ASCP时，出现下面问题：

1.在BOM中，组件A下面设置替代料A1;其中A需求3000，A库存1000，A1库存500.建议计划单A为2000，A1的库存也没有在工作台显示出来。其中A和A1属于同一个仓库。

请高手指点下，为何没有考虑替代了A1的库存？
