SAP BW Team leader and member

Main Job Duties/Responsibilities (Please bullet most important duties first)

•        Develop SAP solutions using BW
•        Provide technical & architecture assistance to implementation teams.
•        Work with process teams to define requirements/functional specification creation
•        Create technical specification (design) from functional specification
Job Qualifications
        
        REQUIREMENTS
        
        KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION
•        BS in computer science or related field.

        JOB EXPERIENCE        
Minimum Requirements
•        3+ years SAP BW experience.
•        Experience working with an on-shore/off-shore development team
•        Global project experience
•        Large project experience

        SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
•        Significant BW experience
•        Excellent skills for data modeling, data extracting, reporting and other miscellaneous BW skill
•        Ability to deliver on commitments (high quality, on budget, on time) while working on multiple projects concurrently.
•        Good communication skills, written and spoken English
•        Experience with working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
•        Experience with managing customer expectations, reporting status.
•        Strong familiarity and experience with formal software development lifecycle methodologies.
•        Knowledge and understanding of development methodologies
•        Famaliar with ABAP programming experience is prefere
