使用VD06将客户主数据的销售范围数据打上了删除标记。再次使用VD06原本打算去除该客户销售范围数据的删除标记时，系统报错提示“用于 FI_ACCRECV的未删除文档文件”，展开后：

    Undeleted archive files still exist for object FI_ACCRECV.
System Response
    There is a danger of data inconsistencies if objects of type FI
    are changed in the database and at the same time are still in a
    file in an old status.
Procedure
    Delete the contents of the archive files from the database by s
    the archiving deletion program. If you want to change an elemen
    archive file, then reload it beforehand (archiving key is
    000162-001FI_ACCRECV).
To do this, contact the person in charge of archiving”
