os:window xp  oracle:10.2.0.1 模式为：dedicated
问题：
在listener命令符下，输入services ,显示
"DEDICATED" established:0 refused:0 state:ready
  当我在客户段输入错误的用户或密码。发现established会加1 refused一直为0，
listener.log 里也显示连接建立。
想问下。什么情况下refused才有值。明明输入错误的密码不能登陆listener.log怎么也显示连接建立

这个连接在客户端明明是密码错误的报错。

Wrong password or username causes rejection by the database server, not the listener.

Maybe if the number of simultaneous connections exceeds some number so the listener can't handle, then the listener refuses some. Think of a way to make hundreds of connections to the listener at exactly the same moment. Let us know your test result.
