Based on my experience, this can be caused by the corrupt files of .Net Framework. Please try to repair current .Net Framework by inputting the following command in command prompt:

dotnetfx.exe /t:c:        emp /c:"msiexec.exe /i c:        emp
etfx.msi REINSTALL=ALL ReinstallMODE=vomus"

Thank you so much. It's a pity that since that I've waited the solution in vain, I re-installed .net framework and MS visual studio .net.

Maybe I will try next time. Thanks anyway.
