不是成本要素怎么能分配成本对象呢？1606000000差不多应该是固定资产清理把，您要把它建成成本要素也有问题来（KA01),分析下业务把。。。

确实不应该把1606000000建成成本要素，又不是损益类的科目，我也很费解系统怎么会出这样的警告.....
