请教：关于预算分层中累积组的作用

没错，是要输入的，而且还用注意特地加以说明。原文如下:设对费用科目5000进行预算，部门段值设为：

我觉得这上面说的很清楚啊，只是你可能没有看明白：
从业务上来说——销售部门500下面有3个区域：100、110、120
但从系统的角度来说，预算可以输到部门这个级别，即500；也可以输到区域这个级别，即100或110
但如果要统计整个销售部门的预算，就要设置一个汇总的段值199，199的范围是包括100到198和500的。

但是它对500也输入了销售部的预算600000，其实不用输也行啊，为什么它还特地提出要把500和100、110、120一起作为199的子值，而且还提到是为了保证主从预算的汇总计算。因此，汇总模板到底在这里起的是什么作用呢？我一直想不明白。

另外，它在100、110、120已经输入了合计是600000的预算,为什么还在500输入600000的预算，未为什么要输两次

对不起，我想可能是你的理解有问题，我没看出来，上面有写在部门500输了600000，它只说对于销售部总共有600000的预算，平均输入到3个区域，每个区域200000

其实我个人是这样理解的，但不知道对不对：在预算中，汇总模板是征对预算(BUDGET而不是BUDGET ORGANIZATION)汇总，那么，由于500对应一个BUDGET，而100、110、120各对应一个BUDGET，那么系统对每个BUDGET各自汇总一次，然后将明细预算的汇总帐户合计后与主预算(即500所在的BUDGET)的汇总帐户进行比较，以判断明细预算合计数是否超过主以BUDGET。在这种比较过程中系统需要主BUDGET的汇总模板和明细预算的汇总模板是同一个汇总模板。这样才能解释为什么要把500和100、110、120放到199下并对500输入600000。
