1. Reduce the purchase order quantity to the previous GR quantity.
这个是比较癌痴的办法，手工去减少PO的数量，

2. Block the purchase order item.
(ME22N: Block pushbutton; ME22 Menu -> Edit -> Block)
锁定项目总揽中的行项目，如果此时还没做Incoming Invoice那就不能做发票校验了！！


3.Fill the date field for the 'Latest Possible Goods Receipt' (LEWED) in the purchase order item. If you do this and you enter a GR document after this date, the system issues message M7163, which you must set as an error message in Customizing.

Item detail's 'Latest Possible Goods Receipt'  must   手工找到PO去修改这最近交货日期吗？能否做到在MIGO时知道此订单已经不学要在送货了，此时像交换已完成样，选择设置返写PO的这日期？
I propose for the 3rd one.

第3个办法在M7163设置成W的时候，不能作101收货，但还是可能作103收货的；
另外，M7163即使设置成了E，但只要101收货时，输入一个凭证日期早于 'Latest Possible Goods Receipt' 的日期时，还是可以收货的。     建议PO这个栏位输入的日期最好在上上个月，这样，系统是不允许也没办法记帐到上上个月的。

第三种方法定义的消息是正对全集团的把，能否设置此消息之针对一个工厂？

你可以把M7163的设置维护到用户参数文件中。
