有人收到过07年12月的CISA或CISM 的application吗？

    我是2006年考试通过的CISA，但当时只是想给自己点压力学习学习，所以考试通过后也没有申请认证，最近因工作需要要用，想申请认证，请教你们一些问题：
    我在ISACA的网站上看，好像考试成绩没有多长时间作废的规定，应该还能申请，大概是需要学历和工作经历的证明，不知你是如何提交的，传真、邮件？必须英文吗？

这些细则在ISACA的CISA手册上都写的很清楚。自己去看看。学历不需要英文的，工作经历你自己写，肯定要英文啊，人家不懂汉语啊。最好准备好了都扫描成PDF，然后发去就OK了。

再次呼喊，有考过CISM的收到申请通知了的没？

brings. To become certified, you must complete and submit an application for
certification, which is available on the ISACA web site at
www.isaca.org/cismapp. Once your application is approved, you will be CISM
certified and you can begin to use the CISM designation.

我倒，今天又看了下CISM的结果，让我到网上下载application，昏。CISA是mail application给你，CISM直接去网上下载填写。郁闷啊，2月5号收的信，现在才仔细看，疯了。晚了2个月申请。唉，要不现在已经拿到证书了。
