Once you passed the exam., you need to find a CISSP member to endorse you so as to become a CISSP.

I spent about 3 weeks to find the CISSP member who can endorse me. And then I needed to send the endorsed application form back to USA. Right now they have christmas and New year holidays. I think the quickest would be mid-jan hopefully.

Actually, your manager can also endorse you, but as to ISC2, a CISSP is better.

I got my CISSP just with my manager's sign.
