一. oracle 方面:

1.Oracle ERP DBA(Global Development Center)
Requirements:
Mainly focus on Oracle ERP DBA activities.
Multi projects or maintenances experience on Oracle ERP DBA.
At least 3 years of Oracle ERP related working experiences.


2.Oracle Project Manager
Previous working experience in Oracle ERP application implementation and customization development.
Solid project management experience in offshore development, US project is preferred.
Overseas Working experience is highly preferred.
Experience in managing the implementation of technology solutions.
Strong leadership, Can Do attitude, High level of service orientation.
Good communication with overseas clients in English or Japanese.


3.Sr. Engineer:
- At least 3 years software programming experiences on Oracle EBS;
- Deep knowledge of software techniques including Pl/SQL, Oracle DB, Forms, Reports and Workflow;
- Good communication skills with all levels of technical professionals and clients;
- High level of service orientation;
- Good command of English and Japanese languages, oversea experience is a plus

二.SAP方面
1.SAP ABAP
At least 1 year SAP abap addon development
Rich experience in Form/Smart form, conversion and reporting.
Good English in both speaking and writing.
SAP CRM is preferred

2.SAP ABAP Senior Software Engineer
- At least 2-5 years structure programming experience.
- Familiar with some module, basic knowledge of the other
- Business application software developing experience. (Including system analysis experience)
- 1 + year ABAP develop experience
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related discipline.
- Logic and reaction thinking.
- Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skill.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated.
- Good Japanese or English language skill in both written and spoken.
- Good team-work spirit.

3.SAP Project Manager
Requirements:
- 7+ year working experience in which at least 3+ year SAP experience
- Project management experience for 12+ people team or 3+ year Japan onsite coordination experience;
- 5 + year ABAP project management experience
- Experienced at managing the implementation of technology solutions；
- Experienced at recommending and selection appropriate technology solutions to meet business needs；
- Experienced at business development activities；
- Strong leadership, Can Do attitude, High level of service orientation；
- Overseas working experience is preferred；
- One or multiple SAP functional module experience will be a great plus
- Full cycle SAP development experience for all modules

The position also requires:
- Excellent Japanese language skill in both written and spoken；
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related discipline；
- Knowledge on SAP new technologies (XI, BW) will be a plus;
- Self movtivated and good team player;
- Logic and proactive thinking；
- Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skill；
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated；
- Good team-work spirit.
