[B]国际猎头公司大概很少超过10%，不过其实这收费比例并不低，因为国际猎头常常是用百万年薪在算的，100万10%就10万了。 [/B]

一般猎头公司都是提年薪的20%—30%，然后assistant再提公司佣金当中的5%—10%
所以上面所说的3%—5%应该是assistant的佣金。公司的佣金一笔单子几万是最起码的。
