Signature is not only for your own record, is for the vendor's record, too.
ISACA and all other memberships, applications and so on, they do need the applicant/payer sign the document to validate the transaction. Without the signature on the form, ISACA or any vendor could not authenticate who the sender is. ISACA might process your applicaion for membership, but I doubt if book order will go any further.
One thing for sure, without a signature your VISA/MASTER CARD is useless - here in North America.
