There is lot of tips of applying P&G position in Internet; you can search them by google.

In face to face interview, P&G will not use their own case to ask for your comment, what you have to prepare for is the list provided by head hunter.

Hints, don't talk to be too experience on operation in interview but show your good potential to learn new theory, and you have to respect the interviewer, who are the local senior manager which normally joined P&G immediately leaving university, and one of the three interviewer should be a foreign guy, for manager position, there should be no translator for you.

in my opinion ,u should  show off that u r well prepared for that challenging position and would welcome the opportunity to work as logistics manager in p&g.

your experience in some associate branches also plays an important role.Take pride in your ability to work with others in a managerial and supervisory capacity .

就是说你要显的很牛，但又不能过牛。
你要显的很有领导能力，但又不要给人以高高在上的感觉。
分析宝洁公司的背景和面试你的人的背景，最好能提出令人感兴趣的问题，不仅在物流方面，可以结合宝洁的市场营销战略，毕竟没有哪个部分是独立的，其间必然有相互的联系对不对？

宝洁和沃而玛的合作是供应链成功的典范，其他走同样路线的，比如IBM，或者对手联合利华，又是怎样的？走不同路线的，比如卖当劳，又是怎样的，优点和缺点不妨都说一下。所谓有备无患嘛

我都不知道该再说什么了，各位都比我知识水平高的多，看的觉得好笑就当我讲了个避暑的笑话好了。
