oracel is too bad
2005-04-19 也发生过一笔这样的错误，我20号tar了一下，期间做了一次owc,传给顾问一些数据，可以顾问没有给出有用的检查脚本，到目前为止顾问的回复是：

i do not need a data fix,i just want to find out the reason why the
aseembly cost(the red part) is lower than it's component(3001259AAJ) value(blue
part),this is abnormal.
and at last assembly completion the cost of assembly is quite high.
