alter database rename file  looks to me simple and safe.  or if you have many files , do a re-create control file is also fast and safe.

I don't think imp/exp, alter table move or rebuild database is a valid suggestion.

重新创建控制文件也不是很方便的了
而且正确性不是很能保证

其实重新建一个实例，然后把数据库数据文件改名就可以了吧。重建控制文件也就ok了

host move old_loc new_loc;
startup mount
alter database rename datafile old_loc to new_loc;
alter database open;
