Thanks you Swimming11 for uploading the book.

Steps:
1. Download all 6 parts
2. uncompress and extract to a file sql2k-for-net.exe
3. execute the exe file to install
4. start --> programs --> Syngress --> SQL Server Database for .Net

(you would need the Acrobat Reader to read the book)

- How to extract .rar files? should i decompress them under unix or under windows?
