调用日记账过账的API，请求一直是警告状态。

这个默认情况下，EBS是没有这个请求的。
要自己设置下。

设置方法 ：

To add program "Program - Unlock Accounting Sequencing Setups"

Go to> System Administrator responsibility > Security > Responsibility > Define > find your GL responsibility and review, check Request Group and note.

Go to> System Administrator responsibility > Security > Responsibility > Request > find the Request Group found at step1 and add program "Program - Unlock Accounting Sequencing Setups"
