alertSID.log最近时间的贴上来看看，出现这样的问题建议你首先将SAP和ORACLE服务都停掉，单独在sqlplus下启数据库，看能否开到open状态，此时出问题必然是数据库的问题，看alertlog，然后再启SAP服务，此时出问题去/usr/sap/sid/work目录下看看dev_w*等trace文件，一步一步来方能找到root cause

您好，本人对ORACLE数据库不大熟悉，谢谢帮助！！

根据您的提示，我先关闭了数据库服务（实例名 C11），再按如下的指令，在命令行模式下，重启服务

   SQL> net start OracleServiceC11
   SQL> connect system/manager as sysdba;
   SQL> startup open C11

可是，系统提示了如下的错误
ORA-24324: service handle not initialized
ORA-01041: internal error. hostdef extension doesn't exit.

我的主机host名是pc2，port=1527。

同时，附上最近的alter_C11.log 日志内容。
