SAP designed like that. In my understanding SAP doesn't use too much FK/constraints for performance concerns. So SAP should have some tool to do such data integrity check.
And it's not "DB2的这个缺点", it doesn't matter oracle or db2 or sql server, you have to do data integrity check anyway since SAP doesn't maintain data integrity from database level.

In Oracle, it's very easy to know if the recovery is "Full recovery" by "alter database open" without "reset logs".
But in DB2, how? It's impossible to know.

In SAP,  Some database has dependency on other database, such as ECC & BI. If ECC database lost some data after recovery, data patching  has to do in BI database. This is not related to "data integrity check"
