Thanks everyone for your help and suggestions.  After several tests, it seems like if there is a LOB column in the table, PARALLEL won't work, it will be a sequential load.  So far, no one from Oracle had looked at my SR.  Maybe I need to increase the severity level.  If I get a conclusion from my SR.  I'll post it here.

Thanks for the test. What version of Oracle do you use? Is it OK to you test it in 11gR2?

Does it matter if it's CLOB or BLOB? When you see a single worker working, there's always nothing in v$px_session. Correct?

Other people have complained about data pump parallel doesn't work. One case I know is not parallel package body creation.
