You never answered my question Is your test reproducible? With such small time differences, you must have reproducible results first before you continue to make any meaningful conclusion. If you say this small difference will be magnified in production, why not create a loop that runs the SQL a million or billion times and see if the time difference between the three cases is consistent?

不是很明白这句话的意思，索引的维护需要成本，但绝大多数工作不是在查询的时候维护，当然索引是影响楼主测试结果的一个重要因素。
