So there's some hard disk problem? Or you can recreate the partition to correct it?

Tried  fsck  and re-create the partition didn't detect any error.
somewhere funny with physical range of 90Gb blocks.
I am shrinking it and see if can re-allocate to other partition. Worst situation is to prepare for losing the 90Gb space.

Will keep the thread updated if I have new findings.

你看一下你的mount选项，是否有noatime选项。

如果没有的话，可能会导致频繁修改last access time，从而导致出现问题。

我测试过程中，如果不加这个选项，每次必出你这个错误。

Sorry, I should keep this thread earlier -- It is due to hard disk (hardware) failure.

Event I send the HD for repair twice, still not usable. I threw it away regardless it is still under warranty.  I have two such cases : 320Gb and 500Gb hard disks.

Finally , not willing to disclose my criterias for choosing hard disk.
No Segate & No made in Thailand.

Finally , my only choice is HITACHI made in ShenZhen. (This 1TB HD is still working since last August)
