sga/pga与page/swap的对应关系如何？

I read your article and followed it on my 9i box. While it always turned out :
SQL> startup
ORA-12571: TNSacket writer failure

But I am happy to know sga is prone to be locked on most OS platform so that it should not be paged out.
I still wonder: whether shared memory (if not locked) can be SWAPPED out/in. I guess not.
