special G/L indicator disappears

when I F-36， there is no "special G/L indicator" field
But when i F-29, it exits
I know there must be that field, or I will not go ahead any way,
Would you tell me how to define the screen layout rule to let it appear?

At first, I doubted that it is caused by the screen layout rules for account group. So I went IMG (T-code: OBD2) to check all the field status for all account groups, there is no “suppress”
