Well it seems to me that the certification team at IBM could really do with some assistance. It's been several months since I passed the last set of exams and as always (and I mean always..) How many postings do people have to make to get their certificates? How often does the certification team check the forums? Do they not see the list of people not receiving the hard copy? Is the way this program run the level of expertise and competency that we can expect IBM to bring to their products and services as well? Does anyone at IBM think this is an acceptable performance level?

I'll shoot another email off to the certification 'team' again today and I'm sure I'll get the usual bland "please wait, we'll get it to just as soon as possible". So I've decided to start escalating things through my account manager. If IBM doesnt value it's own products and the people certified in it, then how can I be guaranteed that I'm not investing my time and effort in yet another product range that IBM will let slip through their fingers. I've shown I'm dedicated to this product line, let's see IBM respond that they appreciate the dedication and stop fumbling and bumbling around.[/QUOTE]
