求救：tomcat在windows和linux参数配置有什么区别？

在windows下：
Max threads: 350 Min spare threads: 0 Max spare threads: 0 Current thread count: 56 Current thread busy: 15 Keeped alive sockets count: 17
Max processing time: 160270 ms Processing time: 63802.164 s Request count: 1095314 Error count: 8 Bytes received: 224.61 MB Bytes sent: 8868.01 MB

在linux下：
Max threads: 750 Min spare threads: 100 Max spare threads: 200 Current thread count: 200 Current thread busy: 15 Keeped alive sockets count: 17
Max processing time: 160270 ms Processing time: 63802.164 s Request count: 1095314 Error count: 8 Bytes received: 224.61 MB Bytes sent: 8868.01 MB

上面的信息都是在tomcat的manager界面（[url]http://172.16.0.41:8000/manager/status[/url]）上看到的。
为什么在两个平台下 Min spare threads: 100 Max spare threads: 200 Current thread count: 200
这几个参数的值差别这么大呢？在windows下为什么Min spare threads: 0 Max spare threads: 0都是零？
在linux下，这个时候我的应用就几乎不响应了？ 到底是什么问题哦？ 我们的应用打算从windows下移植到linux下。
请大虾们指点。
