The job title is WebSphere Solution Architect, and the candidates are expected to work effectively with major GCG enterprises in providing the best solution architecture based on WebSphere products, and advanced technology to customers, including customer engagements, development of enablement, and interaction with WebSphere product planning and development teams. Experience as a practicing, IT Architect or as or equivalent solution designer is important, Likely candidates would be WebSphere Integration Solution Architects and ISSW IT Architects. Major responsibilities include:
1 Lead industry solution
2 Consultant in IT strategy for customers
3 Conduct benchmarking studies and identify industry best practices
4 Analyze and prioritize clients' business issues
5 Deliver high value-added solution consulting recommendations
6 Assist in generating proposals and promoting target clients
7 Cooperate with other technical/sales team to maximize the WebSphere value

Experience Requirement:
1.Minimum of five years consulting/delivering experience in enterprise projects.
2.IT Experiences with industries either COMM/Public/Banking/Distrubition/Industrial/Insurance/Auto/Air sector
3.Strong WebSphere technical background is required.
4.Deep development skill in WPS/MB/WAS/MQ/WSRR/Fabric, etc.
5.Advanced problem solving abilities in creating structured approaches, identifying & prioritizing business issues, and developing actionable recommendations
6.Qualified leadership skills in planning & controlling project progress, and networking internal and external relationship
7.Effective interpersonal & communication skills, including presenting, facilitating and negotiation skills.
8.Strong self-motivation with a value framework for integrity, teamwork, quality and execution
9.Fluency in Mandarin and English is required. Willingness to travel to fulfill responsibilities
